Two formats are auto-detected — paste either one:
Format 1 — Delta Live System (copy/paste from the departures table)
DL ATL 1242 03 6:15 AM 6:10 AM 6:05 AM Complete 320 003274 196
Fields: Airline · Dest · Flight# · Gate · Sched · [Est Dept] · [Act Dept] · [Status] · [Equip] · [Ship] · [Pax]
✓ Status (Complete, Boarding, Routine…) is imported automatically. Gate and ETD are read correctly.
Format 2 — Manual entry
DL 1242 N322DN 6:15 AM 03 ATL 3 EP/MS AI AM EP
Fields: Flight · Tail · ETD · NewETD · Gate · Dest · Carts · Bagroom · ExitScan · Delivery · Lead
Import a .csv or .xlsx file instead of pasting (a header row is auto-detected: Flight, Gate, Dest, Sched ETD, New ETD, Carts, Bagroom, Exit Scan, Delivery, Lead, Pax, Equip, Status, Pier). Export writes the current board to a CSV in the same columns, so you can edit it in Excel and re-import. Excel import needs internet the first time; CSV works offline. (The detailed analytics report with timestamps & variance is in the Reports tab.)
Delay Analysis. Every flight that ran late, had a delay reason, or lost bags is broken down by stage (Pull → Scan → Run → Lead), reason, and the agents on it — so you can see exactly where the workflow is slipping.
Paste the URL of your FlightAware AeroAPI proxy (your Cloudflare Worker that returns JSON). The board polls it on the interval below and updates schedule fields (ETD, gate, status) — your team's entries (agents, cart-out, workflow) are never overwritten. This cannot point at delta.com directly: browsers block cross-site reads and that page returns no data.
